Boghos Paul Parizian was convicted on Monday 27 February 2023 by Her Honour Judge Jane Culver after a four-week Trial. He will be sentenced on 28 April 2023.
Crown Witness Jonar Nader had followed the severn-year legal battle in which it is alleged that Mr Parizian had sought to delay the proceedings. Indeed, he was arrested in March 2016, and caused so many delays, that his Trial began on 30 January 2023.
Jonar Nader has accumulated hundreds of documents and video evidence to support a range of allegations about Boghos Paul Parizian formerly of Doonside and Blacktown and Rouse Hill in NSW. Mr Parizian has worked as a jeweller and tow-truck driver.
