From the Lose Friends series, here is what Jonar Nader has written about: EXIT POLLS

The most sensible survey is the ‘exit poll’ ⎯ a survey that asks customers what they think of an experience. The major difference between all other surveys and this one will be its immediacy. It will be conducted moments after an encounter or transaction, and the results will be plotted within seconds. Instantly, the results of the exit poll will be flashed on the screen of several senior people within the organisation. Such immediacy will enable them to detect horrors as they happen. This sharp method is a far cry from waiting months for survey results to be massaged, moulded, and carved into statistics whose meaning would have dissipated, rendering the whole ritual useless.
