Those who believe that on their deathbed, they will not wish they’d spent more time at work, must lead a boring and uneventful life. What a miserable existence if work were so ad that one would not want to devote more time to it. It would be a mistake to assume that your job determines your career. You are your career ⎯ every move, every step, every thought, and every deed. When people ask for help to find an exciting career, I remind them that careers cannot be found because they must be built.
