Some employees never know when to call a halt to their current employment. After many years in the same company, their contentment slowly transforms into discontentment. Their job security becomes prized because of their personal insecurity. Those who do not know when to bow out of their comfort zone soon end up prisoners in what I call ‘the hostage zone’.
