From the Lose Friends series, here is what Jonar Nader has written about: AMBITION
Ambition is fraught with danger. It is one of those personal ingredients that often leads to theft, dishonesty, selfishness, and short-sightedness. Ambition is nothing more than fuel that we can use to help us to get to where we want to go. As with many fuels, it needs to be mixed with other oils. The two oils that mix well with ambition are perseverance and greed. Ambition mixed with perseverance leads to devotion. Ambition mixed with greed leads to insatiability. Used properly, ambition can help people to reach their target. Some people do not recognise their target as they approach it because it looks different upon close inspection. Others bypass it when a more alluring jewel distracts them. As a result, people will lack contentment and peace.
