From the Lose Friends series, here is what Jonar Nader has written about: CUSTOMER LOYALTY
Do your customers really want to do business with you? In most cases, customers hang around for convenience, not loyalty. The moment that they have an alternative, they will take it, if they are unhappy with you. It’s about time that organisations faced the question of customer loyalty based not on how many customers they have, but on how many they would have if their customers were given the opportunity to make a meaningful protest… This would have to be the most frightening question that any organisation must contemplate.
