A small internet cafe owner solved a common problem. Patrons at his store often asked if they could borrow a pen. Over time, he lost a lot of pens. Those that were returned were chewed of dirty (you never know where people stick their pens). So, rather than refuse a request, he solved the problem, and now he says, ‘Yes, most certainly, they are only one dollar each’. Good up-sell. Good profits. Everyone is happy.
